At Paw Bites, we work hard to get your pet's treats to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped by overnight courier. South Island deliveries typically take 2–3 days, and all rural addresses may require an additional 1–2 days for delivery.
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $99.00 to urban addresses
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 for orders below $99.00
- Rural Shipping: $5.50 on all orders to rural addresses

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through our courier's website.
