What are your treats made from?

Our treats are made from single-ingredient, natural proteins including beef, chicken, lamb, fish, kangaroo, and venison. No artificial preservatives, fillers, or additives — ever.

Are your treats grain-free?

Yes! All Paw Bites treats are naturally grain-free, making them ideal for pets with sensitivities or allergies.

Are your treats suitable for both cats and dogs?

Do your treats contain any artificial preservatives or colours?

Absolutely not. Every Paw Bites treat is free from artificial preservatives, colours, and unnecessary additives. Just real, wholesome ingredients.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, and express shipping takes 1–2 business days within New Zealand.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within New Zealand.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for full details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
