We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every Paw Bites purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at sales@pawbites.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or partially used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
